Railway Crossing Cottage is a charming detached stone cottage, situated in a peaceful rural location in the East Neuk of Fife, close to the villages of Crail and Anstruther. Originally a crossing keeper's cottage on the now disused Anstruther to St Andrews Railway, it has been beautifully and sensitively restored and extended, providing a cosy and warm holiday retreat for you, your family and friends.
There are two bedrooms - a double room and a twin/double room - along with a characterful open-plan sitting room and kitchen/dining area, featuring a cosy log burner, wooden flooring and comfy leather sofas. The accommodation is all at ground floor level, with easy access to the garden via double patio doors.
A private hot tub sits on the decking with wonderful countryside views, and the secure, fully fenced garden includes a sun terrace with table and chairs, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue. There's ample parking for two cars, and the cottage is pet friendly with free Wi-Fi.
